Q: How do I Register my version of PC-Convey/PC-IFD?
A: Once you have purchased the program, send us your Installation Code, which is found within the program under Help\About. We will e-mail back the Registration Code (usually the same day) which can be entered in Help\Register Product. This will unlock all the features of the program. (Registration is not necessary for Site Licenses as the program is hard-coded with your Company name and site location.)

Q: We have re-built our PC and the Registration Code no longer works. Can we obtain a new Registration Code for this PC?
A: Provided that you can e-mail us the Installation Code of the PC that is no longer being used (for our records, as this Code will no longer be supported) you can. Just e-mail us the Installation Code of the new PC and we will e-mail you a replacement Registration Code, usually the same day.
Q: Is it possible to shift the Registration from one PC to another?
A: Only if the previous PC is no longer being used and you can e-mail us its Installation Code (for our records, as this Code will no longer be supported).
Q: Does the Registration Code work on more than one PC?
A: No, each Registration Code is individual to the PC it was registered on. Additional licenses are only $110.
Q: I just received a disk of PC-Convey but it looks like it is a demo version. If it is a demo, when will we get the working version?
A: Until it is Registered, the software will run in Demo mode. All of the features will be unlocked once you enter the Registration Code.
