I downloaded the PC-Convey Help File but it doesn't have any contents.

I downloaded the PC-Convey Help File but all I can see are the Contents headings.
To rectify this you can right-click on the file and select Properties:
... then make sure "Unblock" is ticked:
The file should now work as expected.
