Q: How much does postage cost?
A: Postage is free to locations within Australia, and is $27.50 to locations outside Australia.

Q: What does an Annual Maintenance Agreement include?
A: An AMA entitles you to priority e-mail technical support and upgrades with new features and/or bug fixes that MAY be released during the 12 months following the date of purchase.

Q: What if I don't have an Annual Maintenance Agreement?
A: You will need to pay a cost per license to upgrade to the latest version to obtain new features and/or bug fixes.

Q: Will I receive a program CD in the mail?
A: Not unless you ordered a Site License or a Backup CD from our Purchase page.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of times I can download the software?
A: No, but the software will run in Demo mode until it is Registered with Integrity Software.
